What makes it different
We do not staff projects with junior developers supervised by one senior. Every engagement is staffed with practitioners who own their work end to end. The Head of Engineering provides technical oversight across all active projects — clients get senior judgment at every level, not just at kickoff.
How it is staffed
Engagements are staffed from our vetted freelancer pool on a project basis. The minimum viable team for any client-facing engagement is a Technical Lead and a Project Manager. Larger or more complex projects follow a rhombus staffing shape:
Discovery phase: Architect + one Senior Developer — focused on auditing existing systems and mapping integration points
Build phase: Architect + Frontend Engineer (design-focused) + Backend Developer (catalog, pricing, and integration specialist)
