Who we are
This website, https://fortivex.com, is operated by Fortivex, a software consultancy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit the site or get in touch, why we collect it, and the choices you have. For any privacy question, write to hello@fortivex.com.
What we collect
Contact details you give us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the information you submit, typically your name, email address, company and the message itself. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss a possible engagement.
Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how visitors arrived. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Preferences. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser (local storage) so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device.
Cookies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to make the contact form work. A banner on your first visit explains this. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site stays usable without them.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: HubSpot (contact form and enquiry management), Google (analytics), Vercel (website hosting) and Storyblok (content management). Each handles data under its own privacy terms and only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on a working relationship, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics retention settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@fortivex.com and we will respond promptly.
